Sears Canada Searches for Credit Card Partner

Sears Canada Inc. (Toronto) must find a new credit card partner by Nov. 15, due to an ending agreement on that date with current partner JPMorgan Chase & Co. (New York).

JPMorgan Chase informed the company last year it would not be renewing the 10-year partnership between the companies.

The Globe and Mail reports that cardholders received letters this month stating their cards will no longer be valid after that date. Sears has not yet announced a new partnership.
