Stein Mart Opens Six New Stores

Discounter expands in New Jersey, California and points in between

Stein Mart Inc. (Jacksonville, Fla.) has announced six new stores this fall.

The discounter’s new locations are in The Fountains at Farah (El Paso, Texas), Marketplace at Mill Creek II (Buford, Ga.), Laguna Crossroads Shopping Center (Elk Grove, Calif.) and University Village Colorado (Colorado Sprints, Colo.), all of which opened in September; and Watchung Square (Watchung, N.J.) and Anaheim Hills Festival (Anaheim, Calif.), both of which will open in October.

The Anaheim and Colorado Springs stores are relocations to improved sites. The others are new stores to the markets.

Stein Mart will have 264 stores at year-end.
