Madison Reed Expands C-Suite

New Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Digital Officer named

Madison Reed (New York) has appointed Brad Lande-Shannon as its Chief Marketing Officer and promoted Tyler Wozny to Chief Digital Officer, according to a press release. The company also appointed Stephanie Davis Michelman, Global Chief Marketing Officer of Benefit Cosmetics, and Michael Dubin, Founder of Dollar Shave Club, to its Board of Directors.

Lande-Shannon will oversee marketing and report directly to CEO and Founder Amy Errett. He’s held leadership roles at companies like Accenture, Birchbox and Culture Amp.

Wozny joined the company in 2018 as its SVP of Digital and worked on experiences from mobile apps to the software used to “fuel operations” at Madison Reed’s 65-plus Hair Color Bars, the company’s physical retail experience.

The company says it plans to end the year with 80 of its Hair Color Bars nationwide, along with a retail presence through Target, Amazon, Ulta and Ulta Beauty.
