Tenant Updates: Who’s Taking Space at Three Complexes

The latest landings at developments in New Jersey, New Mexico and Washington.

* The Park, a 185-acre mixed-use campus in Berkeley Heights, N.J., has unveiled six new retailers to be housed in a sub-development dubbed The District. Slated to open in July are: Four Spoons Ice Cream Company; Mediterranean restaurant Doner Shack; Cafe Exchange; Prime IV Hydration & Wellness; a Dogtopia boarding business; and Greatness Wins, an athletic apparel brand. The businesses will be located in a former office park about 30 miles east of New York.

* Titan Development is partnering with Onset Hospitality to oversee the Highlands Central Market Food Hall in downtown Albuquerque, N.M. Set to open in about a year, the market will be located on the ground floor of the 126-room Marriott Residence Inn that’s currently under construction and will offer local chef-driven vendors, a full-service bar, outdoor seating and a cultural programming. (The identities of specific tenants are not yet available.)

* The Harvest Yard mixed-use development in Woodinville, Wash., has added a Cactus restaurant to its roster of dining spots, tasting rooms and shops. Cactus, which already runs six locations in the Puget Sound area, will be housed in the complex’s six-building, triangular retail village that feature other dining destinations, tasting rooms and boutiques. Located about 20 miles northeast of Seattle, The Harvest Yard will experience its first openings this summer.
