The Finish Line Inc. (Indianapolis) has finalized the $12 million acquisition The Hang Up Shoppes Inc. (Indianapolis), owner of the $30 million Man Alive chain, a mall-based hip-hop fashion retailer with stores in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin.
