Topshop’s (London) announced that its managing director of 11 years is stepping down from her post. Mary Homer is leaving the company to be managing director at The White Co. (London). While she has submitted her resignation, she has not yet announced when her last day with the retailer will be.

She is replacing Will Kernan, who left White Co. in February. Meanwhile, Topshop plans to recruit from outside the company to find Homer’s replacement and, according to The Telegraph, is looking to find “someone who has been part of the online revolution.”

Homer has worked for the company for 30 years and has worked her way up since then. She was part of Topshop’s entry into the U.S. as well as other new markets around the world.
