(PRESS RELEASE)The 2020 IIDA NYC Retail Forum, a panel discussion with key retail brands to investigate wellbeing in terms of emotional, physical and social health, will take place on Wednesday, December 9, 6:00 to 7:30 pm. There is no cost to attend.

“As the year has progressed, we have seen consumer focus shift to the importance of personal wellness,” says Retail Forum co-chair Laura Lewi, senior designer at CallisonRTKL. “Retailers are pivoting to capitalize on customers’ new needs and amplify their emotional, physical and social health.
