Aerie (Pittsburgh) launches a new pop-up, concept store in New York that opens today. The 5100-square-foot space is divided into mini-rooms, with spaces dedicated to products such as bralettes or stocking stuffers, as well as services such as a "recharge area" where customers can charge their mobile devices or a customizable gift-wrapping station. The store also differentiates itself with fitting rooms that are more playful than sexy, with inspirational quotes on the walls.

The store features the brand’s new beauty line as well as a variety of merchandise from other brands, particularly those by female entrepreneurs. For instance, it is currently showcasing Julie Nolan (Greenville, S.C.) jewelry and will sell flowers arrangements from Uprooted Flower Truck (New York) reports Women’s Wear Daily.
