The retailers are the mall’s first luxury tenants and will join other retailers, including Saks Fifth Avenue (New York). In total, it anticipates 140 businesses filling the 70,000-square-foot shopping space.

Brickell City Centre will be a 5.4-million square-foot mixed-use space that includes the shopping center as well as two residential towers, two office towers and a hotel. The total project is expected to cost $1.05 billion, reports Women’s Wear Daily.
