2022 Retail Renovation Competition

THE WINNERS IN THIS year’s contest created lasting impressions by skillfully blending a space’s strongest existing features with new features that boost a brand’s relevancy in today’s hyper-competitive retail landscape. Whether it’s a major redo of a high-volume supermarket store or the conversion of a trio of industrial spaces into a variety of new uses – specifically, a condo sales office, a coffee house and a fashion brand known for its “radical transparency” in sourcing and pricing – skillfully intermixing the old and the new is an essential ingredient of a successful redo.
