John Varvatos Announces Detroit Store

Hopes to shine light on the Motor City

Menswear designer John Varvatos (New York) has announced he will open a new downtown store in his hometown of Detroit.

The 4000-square-foot unit will occupy the first floor of a building known as both the Wright-Kay Building and the Schwankovsky Temple of Music.

“I want to bring busloads of people there to show them what's going on in Detroit,” Varvatos told WXYZ Detroit.
