Lighting manufacturer Louis Poulsen (Copenhagen, Denmark) has appointed Carly Conelli its new CEO for the U.S. and Canada.

Conelli will lead the company’s newly established office in New York. She will be responsible for wholesale partners and also work closely with the Louis Poulsen sales team on a growth plan for the North American market.

“We see an incredible potential in the U.S. and Canada, and we’re excited to bring Carly Conelli in to ensure continued growth,” said Tommy Rothoff, Louis Poulsen’s Chief Sales Officer, in a press release. “We believe that the new structure will propel all categories in the market and give our partners the best support possible.”

Louis Poulsen implemented a new business structure for North America on Jan. 1, 2023, when Neo Architectural Lighting became the exclusive partner of its outdoor and architectural lighting for the region.

Conelli brings extensive experience in the luxury segment, the release says, having worked with brands including Roll & Hill, AERIN, Ralph Lauren and Caro Home.

Founded in 1874, Louis Poulsen has showrooms in Copenhagen; Miami; Oslo, Norway; Tokyo, Japan; Singapore; and Dusseldorf, Germany.
