PGA Tour Superstore (Roswell, Ga.) plans to open a store in the Chicago area in spring 2012 in Schaumburg, Ill. A second location is also planned for the Chicago metro area during 2012, with the location pending.

The two Chicago additions will bring the retailer's store total to 14 locations and mark its entrance into the Midwest.

“We look forward to bringing our store's products, services and expertise to golfers and tennis players in Chicagoland,” says Dick Sullivan, PGA Tour Superstore president and ceo.

The 60,000 square-foot store will carry an array of brand products, apparel and junior golf products, as well as tennis equipment, apparel and shoes.

In-store services will include personalized golf lessons and seminars by golf professionals, golf club and ball fittings, club repair and regripping, and tennis racquet restringing. The store experience also includes performance practice bays, hi-tech fitting and lesson swing simulators, a 1,600 square-foot putting green, and an indoor tennis court for on-site demos and professional tennis instruction.
