Hera Lighting (Norcross, Ga.) has named Drew Costanza as a new inside salesperson for national accounts.

Dauphin (furniture supplier, Boonton, N.J.) has hired Nico Pallotto as a New York showroom manager. In addition to the overall management of the showroom, Nico will offer the marketing department technical support for graphic design and assist with events and special projects.

Tyco Electronics (provider of engineered electronic components, Harrisburg, Pa.) has named James O’Toole as vp and general manager of its Touch Solutions business.

Mancini•Duffy (New York) has named Mark Harbick as design principal.

Starbucks Coffee Co. (Seattle) and joint-venture partner Alsea have opened the 300th Starbucks store in Mexico. The two companies operate Starbucks stores in 43 cities in Mexico.
