Westfield Group (Sydney) has released a partial roster of tenants for its highly anticipated Westfield World Trade Center retail project. Major tenants include Michael Kors (which will have a flagship store at WTC), Hugo Boss, John Varvatos and Turnbull & Asser, according to Women’s Wear Daily.

Other tenants include Montblanc, Breitling, Zadig & Voltaire, Reese, Desigual, Tumi, Bose, Vince Camuto, Camper, Asics, MAC, Kiehl’s and Aesop. Westfield is said to be offering stores in three size ranges: 800-1000 square feet; 3000-4000 square feet, and 8000-10,000 square feet. There are about 150 spaces, with an average size of 2200 square feet. Rents are said to be in the $450-per square-foot range.

Westfield World Trade Center is scheduled to open next fall 2015. 350,000 square feet of retail space has been made available in the first phase, while an additional 90,000 square feet will be offered upon completion of Tower Two, at a still-undetermined date.

Westfield says it is seeking a diverse mix of retailers to market to a diverse shopping population, including residents of lower Manhattan, WTC’s office-worker population and thousands of tourists expected to visit the center daily.
