San Francisco-based Williams- Sonoma Inc. has purchased Rejuvenation Inc. (Portland, Ore.), a manufacturing company known for its historical lighting reproductions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, reports The Oregonian.

In an announcement to his staff, Rejuvenation founder and longtime owner, Jim Kelly, says the sale will help fuel expansion. The company operates three retail stores, including the flagship store on Southeast Grand Avenue and Taylor Street in Portland, a Seattle store and most recently a Los Angeles location.

Through the agreement, Rejuvenation will keep its name and brand and Kelly will remain a consultant and spokesperson.

Williams-Sonoma, which was founded in 1956 as a cookware company, operates several brands under its umbrella including Pottery Barn, PB Teen, Pottery Barn Kids and West Elm.
