Under Armour Names David Baxter President of Americas

Under Armour (Baltimore) has named David Baxter as its President of the Americas. He will succeed Stephanie Pugliese in the role, according to MarketWatch, who will remain at the company through early next year in order to assist with the transition.

Baxter joined Under Armour as its Senior VP of Americas Wholesale in 2020. He is also the former CEO and President of LIDS, a position he held from 2016 until 2019.

The company also announced that its Chief Legal Officer John Stanton is planning to retire at the end of 2022, and Mehri Shadman has officially been named its Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Shadman has worked for the retailer for nine years.
