Factor (Batvia, Ill.) is launching a series of pop-up shops to bring the company’s chef-crafted, dietitian-designed meals directly to commuters during their lunch hours. The installations will kick off in New York on Jan. 8, which is also “National Quitter’s Day.” (That informal holiday usually falls on the second Friday of each year and marks the date when many people abandon their New Year’s resolutions due to overly ambitious goals, lack of planning, or waning motivation.)

“At Factor, we believe high-quality nutrition should be the foundation of every goal, not a hurdle to overcome,” said CEO Adam Park. “The Protein Power-Up Shop is designed to help people stick to their resolutions by cutting through the noise of viral social media hacks and questionable sources. It replaces the ‘shame spiral’ with science-backed, chef-crafted meals that make fresh, high-protein nutrition the easiest choice of the day.”

The pop-up installations will include:

The Resolution Recharge: For those with a packed lunch that doesn’t meet nutrition resolutions, or those who were planning to skip lunch altogether, Factor will offer high-protein options that are equal parts delicious and nutritious.

A Healthy Habits Resolution Wall: A place to share 2026 mealtime resolutions—from eating more protein to packing lunch for the office—and see how ambitions compare to others.
A Protein Quiz: An opportunity to match specific goals with the Factor meal designed to help get there.

The Protein Power-Up Wall: A send-off to complicated protein vices, from hard-to-chew bars to viral cottage cheese hacks.

Hear from Our Experts: On-site Factor dietitians provide insights into common protein-related questions.

The pop-ups will operate from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the following locations:
